Like in October, quite a few food events in Italy are centered around the white truffle.

The
first week-end of November there is the Mostra Mercato del Tartufo Bianco e Prodotti del Bosco in Città di Castello (Perugia), centered on the local white truffle and other products from the forest.

The
Alba White truffle festival, which starts at the beginning of October, lasts until mid-November.

The
last two week-ends of November there is the Mostra Mercato Nazionale del Tartufo in Valtopina (Perugia) offerings tastings and truffle-related activities.

Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella (Verona), second Sunday of November, Festa de le Fae
A festival dedicated to beans, supposed to symbolize immortal life. A major attraction of the festival is the distribution of bean soup at lunch-time.

Badia Calavena (Verona), week-end closest to November 30, Antica Fiera dei Bogoni
Festival centered around the snail common in this area, with lectures on snail-farming and various snail recipes that the visitors can taste.
